Rules for Terrassen-Camping am Richterbichl
version 10.2024
Wherever people live together, certain rules are required to ensure that everyone can live together in harmony. With this overview, we would like to provide you with some guidance.
In the interests of our guests, we attach great importance to compliance with the site rules. It is particularly important to comply with the registration law, the night-time quiet, the dog rules, the registration of visitors and everything that concerns the safety and well-being of our guests .
In the event of serious or repeated violations of these site rules, we reserve the right to expel you from the site without refunding the camping/rental accommodation fees. Please remember that we have not drawn up these site rules for ourselves, but for YOU, so that you can spend a nice, relaxing holiday here at the Terrassen-Camping am Richterbichl.
Please be sure to follow our site rules. In the interests of orderly camping life, you will save us and you from having to introduce even stricter rules, such as those already common at other campsites (such as safety bracelets, etc.).

If your night's rest is disturbed, please notify us. If your night's rest is seriously disturbed, please ring the emergency bell on the reception door. Need for peace and quiet: Even outside of the night's rest, please always be considerate of your neighbors, who must not be disturbed by radio, TV and other electrical devices, engine noise or other things.
PARKING SPACES
Maintain a minimum distance of approx. 0.5 m from the camping path. It is best to set up camping accommodation parallel to the path out of consideration for your camping neighbors. Sizes include vegetation. Please take the site boundaries into account when setting up a tent/caravan/mobile home. The site number is on the site signs. The site is demarcated by site signs and boundary posts. Please only use breathable tarpaulins. Cars must be parked on the site. Hedges and trees must not be trimmed back or even removed completely under any circumstances. In special cases, please contact our site manager.
Lawn mowing: We ensure that the lawn on the campsite is mowed regularly. This means that our groundskeeper has a lot of work, especially on busy days when there are a lot of arrivals and departures, as every new guest should have a well-kept pitch. The lawnmower is usually only on the campsite from around 9 a.m., and only earlier in exceptional cases. We ask for your understanding.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi costs €2.00 per device and 24 hours. You can get a code from reception. Disclaimer: Unlimited access cannot be granted. No liability is accepted for interruptions/failures (regardless of the cause). Terrassen-Camping am Richterbichl (Echtler family) expressly excludes any liability for damage (e.g. virus damage), consequential damage or loss during or as a result of the use of this service.
GAS SYSTEMS
Before you arrive, you must ensure that the gas supply system you are using has a valid permit.
ELECTRICITY
Power connection for all pitches: 16A, 230V, CEE plug.
See the site plan for the location of the power boxes. Only use earthed cables. Only use the socket in the power box that is marked with your pitch number. Only 1 connection per pitch! In the event of misuse, an appropriate electricity fee per night will be charged for the entire period of your stay. Expulsion is reserved. Always unwind cable drums completely, otherwise they will get hot and could trigger the circuit breaker. Please ensure that any plug connections are suitably waterproof. Terrassen-Camping am Richterbichl (Echtler family) provides a power connection option. From the socket, liability for damage that may result from the use of electricity is transferred to the electricity consumer. Exclusion of liability for power fluctuations and interruptions and overvoltage.
WATER AND SEWAGE
Drinking water can be obtained from the water points. See the site plan for details. Please handle water carefully. Wastewater of any kind may only be emptied into the drains provided for this purpose (sewer system). Under no circumstances may wastewater seep into the ground or be channeled into the stream/lake, so use a hose to drain it directly into the sewer system or place a bucket underneath to collect it and empty it in good time! Chemical toilets may only be emptied into the disposal stations provided for this purpose (see site plan). Please rinse thoroughly and leave clean! Mobile home supply and disposal station: see site plan, generally accessible. Please rinse thoroughly and leave clean! Wastewater disposal and fresh water refills are free for overnight guests. Please also note that washing or cleaning mobile homes, caravans, tents, cars, bicycles, etc. with the campsite water is strictly prohibited.
VEHICLES AND PARKING SPACES
In general, all vehicles must be parked in the car park. This also applies to permanent and seasonal campers. Free pitches are not parking spaces! This also applies in the low season! Please book a pitch size that meets your space requirements. If you park your car in another pitch, we cannot rent it to someone else. We assume that you want to share the pitch and will provide you with this pitch from the date of arrival according to the valid Price list. Free parking spaces in the entrance area of the campsite are provided for our day visitors and guests of our holiday apartments. Please park in a space-saving manner and respect barriers. Please keep the waiting area in front of the barriers free for new arrivals. Campsite access must be free at all times for emergencies. Other people, apart from our guests, are not permitted to drive on the campsite grounds. Road traffic regulations and walking pace (also for cyclists, electric scooters, etc.) apply throughout the campsite area.
VISITORS
For security and cost reasons, non-residents are not permitted to enter the campsite. The campsite is private property. Visitors are only permitted to enter after registering at reception and paying the visitor fee. If you receive visitors, it is your responsibility to ensure that your visitors register at reception and pay the entrance fee before entering the campsite. We reserve the right to refuse visitors entry to the campsite. Day visitors must leave the campsite by 10 p.m. at the latest. Otherwise, they will be charged as an overnight guest.
